Bill F.
Bill has had a dog and/or cat at home ever since he was old enough to care for them. He and his wife currently own two rescue dogs, which they’ve picked up from the streets of the various cities where we’ve lived.
Bill retired to the Coachella Valley, and a few years afterwards, began walking dogs and petsitting independently for the neighbors in our community. Pet’s Best Friend and Home Care became his our family’s “go to” petsitter for his personal pets, and now he's been working with our team since 2019.

Rhonda H.
Rhonda H. has been with our team since 2021, when she relocated to the Valley to be with her family. She's had over 30 cats & 5 dogs as companions throughout her life, as well as worked at shelters, a salon, and an animal hospital. When asked why she joined the team, she said, "This work feels like a calling for me- I have always loved animals and taking care of them gives me the greatest joy."
In her free time, she volunteers at the Coachella Valley Animal Campus, working with a professional Pet Photographer wrangling cats & kittens to do glamor shots that help them get adopted. She also likes to hike, swim, and practice French & Spanish.

Shane C.
Shane joined our team in the spring of 2024 after retiring from 20 years in the pool industry, where he worked on over 600 projects in Orange County and Long Beach.

His retirement days were destined to be spent in our beautiful desert, so he relocated to Indian Wells in December of 2023. He describes himself as an "animal nut" and found our team as a great opportunity to get his pet fix after his dog's passing.

When not working with us, Shane ushers concerts at Fantasy Springs on the weekends.

Raquel C.
Raquel joined our team in the summer of 2024. Full bio coming soon!

Lauren L.
Lauren is a life-long resident of the Valley and a lifetime pet owner, starting from early childhood. Her patient, calm demeanor is comforting for even the most fearful furkids, like dogs with anxiety and cats who tend to hide from other sitters.
When asked why she wanted to be part of our team, she stated, "The best part of this job is knowing that I make people feel comfortable and at ease while they are away from their pets. I want people to feel comfortable while they are away, knowing that their animals are in great hands. Keeping animals safe and happy are my top priorities."

Noah E.
Noah has been with our team for over 2 years and brings life-long pet ownership, passion for animals, and a longstanding love of the Valley.
Noah and his family have had over 20 pets in his lifetime, the entirety of which was spent here in the Coachella Valley, so he brings an understanding of the unique beauty of our desert, as well as the unique challenges the desert can bring to our pets.
In his spare time, Noah enjoys playing video games, climbing, dirt bike riding, golfing, or doing anything outdoors.

Camille G.
Camille joined our team in the summer of 2024 as a life-long animal lover, mother and wife. She has lived in the desert my whole life.
Camille has past experience pet sitting and caring for dogs for several years, but mostly as a side-gig until recently joining our team.
In her spare time, she spends a lot of time reading and doing anything related to art.
When asked why she joined our team she stated, "I love being around animals and I love to make new furry friends!"

Alex B.
Alex joined our team in 2024 and has lived here in the Coachella Valley for 21 years. He's been a life-long dog owner, currently having 3 dogs of his own, and loves them in all shapes and sizes. His current dogs are a chihuahua, a boxer, and a standard poodle!
Alex brings 2 years of previous pet sitting experience to the team, and his other work experience includes customer service and work as a security guard at our beautiful new arena.
When he isn't working, Alex loves to work on his car.

Nancy W.
After retiring from Seattle Public Schools, Nancy returned to California, set up home in La Quinta and joined our team in 2019.
As a child, Nancy enjoyed playing and cuddling with my fur siblings. Today, she enjoys caring for our client pets, her granddogs, as well as swimming and golf.
When asked why she loves PBF&HC, she stated, "For a number of reasons this is the perfect job for me. All day long I spend time with dogs/cats. These fur friends are always happy to see me as I am to see them. Greeting me with tails wagging and loud purrs."

Shirley B.
Shirley has lived in the Valley for 6 years, coming from Colorado where she worked for a large Petsitting company in Denver for 10 years. She has always loved animals. She's been mom to dogs, cats, miniature horses, goats, bunnies, lizards, birds, just to name a few.
For the last 2 years, Shirley has worked at a no kill rescue as an animal care attendant and foster coordinator. She currently has 2 dogs and 2 cats and has fostered 58 puppies and kittens this past year, many of them being injured or "bottle babies." In her spare time, she enjoys time with the grandkids, reading, gardening, Disneyland, and exploring our Valley.

Brandy O.
Brandy joined our team in the spring of 2024. Full bio coming soon!

Barby B.
Barby has been with our team for over 3 years and had her own pets and been caring for family, friends, and volunteering over the years prior. With more than 50+ years of extensive pet training and "hands on" experience, she has all the skills needed to ensure that pets, in my care, take top priority when it comes to safety, health, diet, and happiness.

She states that her "enduring love for pets is why I devote my life to every precious moment of getting to know and loving pets. Loving all pets has been a passion of mine ever since my first pet as a child."
